Cost to Build
Building prices vary from builder to builder and based on finishes.
Our typical building costs for the various builders ranges from $250-$300/sq.ft. The maximum allowable build is 1500 sq.ft. So costs range from $375,000 to $450,000 for your cottage or casita in addition to your lot purchase.
Buyers are responsible for obtaining their approvals for building through the County and all site plans must be approved by the developer and meet Arch Ray Guidelines.
